Tom is a certified public accountant and a certified valuation analyst who is also president of his own tax consulting firm. He has over 25 years of experience in the industry. His company provides Estate, Gift, and Business Succession planning for individuals and closely held businesses.

Prior to forming his own firm, Tom worked with national and regional firms in the Southeast and Midwest. He has lectured across the country on various tax planning topics for many professional accounting and legal organizations. He is a member of the AICPA, Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.

Tom received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Birmingham-Southern College. He earned his Master of Business Administration in tax and finance at the University of Notre Dame.

Tom enjoys golfing and skiing in his spare time. He resides in Troy, Michigan with his wife and two children.
