Policies

Refund Policies:

Group Live, Group Internet and Blended Learning Programs:

20-20 Services does not refund participants for courses they complete, except when extenuating circumstances exist. In those situations, where a refund is appropriate, 20-20 Services will negotiate in good faith a credit for services or refund as appropriate.

QAS™ Self-Study Programs:

Refunds will be offered within ten (10) days, provided that the course has not been completed in that 10-day period. No refund is offered for courses that have already been completed. Requests for refunds should be emailed to admin@20-20services.com.

Cancellation Policies:

Group Live, Group Internet and Blended Learning Programs:

Between 30 and 90 days before the scheduled training date, 20•20 will work with you to find alternative dates that work for both parties. If you decide not to reschedule within the current calendar year, you agree to forfeit your retainer(s).

Less than 30 days from the scheduled training, your retainer will be forfeited. If you decide to reschedule the course, an additional retainer will be required.

Any non-refundable out-of-pocket expenses that have already been incurred shall be reimbursed regardless of cancellation date.

QAS™ Self-Study Programs:

In the event that 20-20 Services LLC cancels a QAS™ Self-Study program, we will communicate this information via email to registered participants no later than 24 hours prior to the originally scheduled program.
