Stephanie Hidalgo is a seasoned professional with a strong background in advisory and assurance, honed through her experience at KPMG. With a comprehensive understanding of both private and public companies across various industries, Stephanie has specialized in complex accounting areas, SEC filings, SOX implementation and compliance, and general IT Controls.

At KPMG, Stephanie’s role in the Audit Technology Organization was pivotal. She played a key part in the development and deployment of analytics and visualization tools designed to automate audits. Her work included addressing complex topics such as ASC 326, ASC 310, ESG risk assessment, and responding to SEC comment letters. Additionally, Stephanie participated in a pioneering project involving KPMG’s ChatGPT model, where she facilitated a pilot to explore the application of advanced AI technologies in auditing.

Stephanie is recognized for her energetic personality, innovative approach, and extensive knowledge in the field. Her ability to blend technical expertise with creative problem-solving has made her a valuable asset in advancing accounting and audit technologies and improving compliance practices.
