Sean Bilodeau, CPA

Manager, Professional Development Learning

A formidable jack of all trades, Sean’s career has evolved from covering small-town high school football games in below-zero temperatures to developing and facilitating training programs around the globe, with many stops in between. He brings all of this experience and knowledge with him in his role of Manager of Professional Development Learning.

In addition to recovering from his six years in the television industry, Sean brings 17 years of experience in the accounting and auditing industry into the classroom. His background in both fields provides fresh and unique perspectives for all professionals, from new hires to the most seasoned veterans.

In his current role, Sean’s focus is on facilitating and developing impactful training content and activities for our clients. He is also working towards his ICF Professional Coaching Certification as a way to assist professionals in unlocking their vast potential.

Prior to joining 20-20, Sean worked at RSM US LLP as an auditor, global learning and development professional and a national leader of a DEI employee network group. His television career spanned covering all types of sports in small town Nebraska, news and politics in Oklahoma and major college football and basketball in the Omaha area.
Sean earned his CPA license in 2010 in the state of Nebraska and has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Nebraska-Omaha (Go Mavericks!) and a degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Nebraska (Go Big Red!).

When not at 20-20, you’ll likely find Sean spending time with his partner and pets, traveling or at some random sporting event across the globe. He has attended games at all Major League Baseball stadiums and NBA arenas while making it to over 280 college basketball arenas.
