Renee Aloisio

Renee brings more than 30 years of public account experience, a wealth of knowledge in professional development program design and delivery, along with great energy to 20-20 Services. She was a former Partner and COO in a large regional Providence, RI based, CPA firm prior to becoming a Principal at Citrin Cooperman when the firms’ joined in 2016. At Citrin Cooperman she was the Founder and Practice Leader of the Office of the CFO.

As Partner and COO, she provided oversight of Human Resources, Marketing, IT and the tax department. She designed and implemented a Career Evolution Performance Management program, and technical and soft skill training programs aligned for career advancement. She led culture initiatives focused on inclusion, designed firm and partner retreats, and co-founded Women Count® to support the advancement of women to leadership positions in the firm.

She served asa confidant and advisor to her staff, partners and numerous C-suite professionals who lead organizations ranging from start-ups to large public and private companies. She was a frequent speaker on the “Power of the Purse” and being “Physically and Fiscally Fit”. She was recognized by Providence Business News with a C-Suite Award as COO of a Private Company in 2015.

Her passion lies in helping others succeed and achieve their personal and professional goals. As an instructor Renee guides individuals to lead with a sense confidence, inclusion, purpose and professionalism.

When not working and involved in community activities, Renee loves traveling, entertaining family and friends, making handmade pasta and meals to compliment her husband’s wine selections.
