Paul teaches all levels of our audit staff training courses. He has over 40 years of experience in public accounting providing audit services to clients in a wide range of industries. He was the partner in charge of the audit and accounting practice at a large local public accounting firm in Buffalo, NY for over 20 years. He also worked for 3 of the largest international accounting firms, 2 regional firms and several small local firms. He is an expert in both financial reporting and in auditing and has extensive financial analysis experience as well as due diligence expertise involving business acquisition/disposition engagements.

He is recognized as an engaging communicator with an energetic and effective leadership style Throughout his public accounting career he has been very involved in teaching in-firm and external CPE courses to all levels of professional staff, managers and partners. He was the long-time Audit and Accounting Committee Chairman of the Buffalo Chapter of the New York State Society of CPA’s. From 2011-2013 he was the Director of Continuing Professional Education Operations at the American Institute of CPA’s in Durham, NC. Paul continues to provide audit quality control and engagement review services for Gilliam Bell Moser, LLP, a mid-sized accounting firm in Burlington, NC.
