Bethanne Chapman is the Director of Audit Learning at 20-20 Services LLC. In this role, Bethanne updates and customizes the audit curriculum content for our clients and teaches audit and professional development courses. Her classroom style prioritizes participant engagement and is grounded in practical and technical experience. She also brings hands-on experience with a variety of methodologies and assurance software tools, including the Dynamic Audit Solution (DAS), CaseWare, ProSystem fx Engagement, DataSnipper, MindBridge, and IDEA.

Bethanne brings over a decade of public accounting experience to the classroom. Prior to joining 20-20, Bethanne worked in the Professional Standards Group at a large national firm, developing and advancing the firm’s audit methodology. She created assurance and accounting training content, facilitated courses for assurance professionals from intern to partner, and drafted written communications on technical assurance topics. Prior to serving in the Professional Standards Group, Bethanne was an Audit Manager focusing on companies in the real estate and manufacturing industries.

As an Everything DiSC® Certified Practitioner, Bethanne facilitates engaging sessions to help participants understand their own DiSC® styles, strengthen teamwork, and improve communication and productivity – all with a focus on practical application to the specific challenges encountered by accounting professionals.

Bethanne is a CPA licensed in North Carolina and an active member of the AICPA. Bethanne earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Georgia. In her free time, she enjoys baking, reading, hiking to waterfalls, and attempting to garden.
