DESCRIPTION
This module discusses the Blanchard’s Situational Leadership model in applying supervision techniques. The module also describes a four-step model for providing effective feedback. Participants will have an opportunity to practice giving and receiving feedback using the model.

- Describe effective behaviors and characteristics of quality supervisors
- Apply daily supervision techniques for effectiveness
- Describe basic styles or approaches a supervisor uses and when those styles may be most effective
- Identify opportunities to provide effective feedback to staff
