DESCRIPTION
This module provides participants with a research-based skills self-assessment related to supervisor skills. The self-assessment is complemented with a discussion of the five key skills of effective supervisors. In addition, the module addresses what motivates professional employees, how to identify specific motivators for an individual, and how to apply common motivational strategies.
