This module will provide participants with an understanding of the concepts of coaching, mentoring, and supervision, all in the context of their roles as auditors. Participants will have the opportunity to learn how to prepare for mentoring sessions and will also spend time practicing skills and techniques that will make them more effective as a mentor.
