DESCRIPTION
This module will help learners create realistic milestone calendars and project plans for their audit engagements. Participants will have the opportunity to link the general concepts of project management to the audit process in a more concrete manner. In addition, participants will brainstorm potential responses to common scenarios that occur on engagements that could disrupt the original audit plan and budget.
