ABOUT THIS COURSE
Introduction to Employee Benefit Plan Audits, which can be delivered virtually or in person, introduces auditors to employee benefit plans (EBPs), how various types of plans function, and how EBPs are audited. The course is designed for new and experienced auditors who have no experience or limited experience in employee benefit plan audit engagements. The training addresses common risks and associated audit procedures for several core areas of EBP audits. A simulated case study allows participants to apply the concepts learned during the course. This program provides critical foundational skills and knowledge for auditors developing within the EBP practice area.
