DESCRIPTION

This module invites participants to look at time management from a new perspective: energy management. This activity-filled module leads participants through reflection on each of the four dynamics of energy management: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. As a closing activity, participants will prioritize and time block an example day to make the best use of their individual energy and working style.

  • Identify ways to incorporate actions to manage energy
  • Use time-blocking techniques to manage a variety of tasks and responsibilities
  • Describe how to prioritize tasks, roles, and responsibilities
