DESCRIPTION

This module will provide experienced staff, seniors, or managers with an overview of some of the challenges encountered leading EBP engagements and the skills needed to successfully perform these audits.  The module will also include a discussion on the importance of proper staff supervision and development.

  • Utilize techniques to manage workflow on EBP engagements while leveraging the opportunity for an impactful touchpoint with client
