DESCRIPTION
This module will help learners create realistic milestone calendars and project plans for their audit engagements. Participants will have the opportunity to link the general concepts of project management to the audit process in a concrete manner, including how clear communication is critical to effectively completing an engagement. In addition, participants will brainstorm potential responses to common scenarios that may disrupt the original audit plan and budget during engagements.
