DESCRIPTION
Utilizing the DiSC® Everything Management scientifically based assessment, participants will learn the first step to becoming a more effective manager, understanding yourself. Participants will uncover their own natural management preferences and behaviors and learn how to flex that style based upon the situation to help dramatically improve the quality of their management efforts, building more effective, rewarding and inspiring relationships with their team.
