Description
This interactive module develops the interpersonal leadership skills auditors need to communicate effectively, provide meaningful feedback, and strengthen team performance throughout an audit engagement. Participants will explore a structured approach to delivering reinforcing, developmental, and corrective feedback in ways that support individual growth and overall team effectiveness.
The module also focuses on proactive communication and ownership. Through practical scenarios, participants will practice providing timely engagement updates, keeping team members and stakeholders informed, and adapting their communication approach to different styles and working relationships.
