DESCRIPTION
Focused on the impact of both intrinsic and extrinsic motivators, this course explores research on how much control team leaders actually have on motivating others before translating the research into action. Using the concept of psychological ambivalence and Dan Pink’s research on motivation at work, participants will identify strategies that can be implemented to strengthen supervision and review on their own audit engagements.
