The module is an interactive opportunity to learn the fundamentals of communications in a business setting. These skills can be applied to daily business communications, including workpapers, email, and social media.

  • Identify ways to improve communications to make them clear, conversational and simple.
  • Describe a 3-step model for writing business communications such as letters, memos, and emails.
  • Exhibit confidence and share ideas and opinions with clients professionally and effectively in written and verbal communications.
