DESCRIPTION

Building accountability within a team is essential to achieving meaningful results and creating a strong, collaborative work environment. This module helps participants develop the skills and mindset needed to take greater ownership of their work, contribute to team objectives, and become more results-oriented in their roles.

Participants will explore the Situational Leadership Model and learn how to recognize and apply the different phases of the model based on the needs of individuals and teams. The course then examines the role of trust in effective teams, including behaviors and circumstances that can strengthen trust as well as those that can cause it to break down.

Through practical discussion and application, participants will consider how personal accountability influences individual and team performance. They will identify strategies for taking initiative, contributing to shared objectives, and following through on commitments while also recognizing how accountability can support stronger working relationships.

The module provides practical techniques for building trust, improving collaboration, and strengthening accountability within teams. Participants will leave with approaches they can apply in their day-to-day work to support more effective communication, stronger team relationships, and better results.
