Ellen Sulistio brings over a decade of distinguished experience from the Big 4, specializing in accounting, advisory, and assurance services. Her career reflects a deep expertise in navigating complex regulatory environments and delivering strategic guidance across various aspects of financial reporting and audit quality.

At Deloitte, Ellen excelled as a Senior Manager in the Accounting and Reporting Advisory group. In this role, she provided invaluable advisory services to clients on a range of critical issues, including SOX 404 implementation, ASC 606 revenue recognition, goodwill impairment, business combinations, carve-outs, and pre-IPO readiness. Her work was instrumental in helping clients adapt to evolving accounting standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring robust financial reporting and compliance.

Before her tenure at Deloitte, Ellen served as a Senior Manager within PwC’s Center of Excellence. Her role involved significant contributions to the firm’s National Quality Organization, where she dedicated two years to developing and delivering technical and skill-based training programs. These curriculums were crafted in response to PCAOB inspection results, regulatory changes, and the introduction of new auditing and accounting standards, enhancing the firm’s audit quality and adherence to evolving practices.

Known for her strong leadership and exceptional interpersonal skills, Ellen has a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
