DESCRIPTION

One of the roles of effective leaders is driving team performance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This course will provide participants with essential skills to both give and receive constructive feedback to improve personal and organizational growth. Through a combination of instruction, exercises, and role-play, participants will focus on creating an open dialogue that encourages collaboration, navigates challenging conversations and leverage feedback as a tool for development and building trust.
