DESCRIPTION
This module will provide participants with tools to use when solving problems. This module will allow participants to consider their current approach to problem-solving and how they might apply adaptive critical thinking skills to improve their process. The module will also discuss how to optimize brainstorming sessions to generate more ideas. The remainder of the module will allow participants time to practice problem-solving skills on examples of real-life workplace problems.
