This module provides participants with a research-based skills self-assessment related to supervisor skills. The self-assessment is complemented with a discussion of the five key skill areas. In addition, the module addresses two key applications of supervision: delegation and instruction. Participants will role-play to practice delegation and later engage in a teaching activity to illustrate the need to give clear, concise instructions.
