DESCRIPTION
This module invites participants to view time management through a new lens: energy management. This activity-filled module guides participants through reflection on the four dynamics of energy management: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. As a closing activity, participants will prioritize and time-block an example day to make the best use of their individual energy and working styles.
