DESCRIPTION

This module will provide participants with an understanding of the different types of feedback that can be given and when each type may be the most valuable. Participants will consider their current approach to providing feedback and reflect on how digital fluency may allow them to apply technology solutions to improve their feedback-giving technique. Participants will develop an understanding of what is required to deliver impactful and meaningful feedback to team members.

  • Explain the role and value of providing real-time and periodic feedback to team members
  • Use the feedback model to provide reinforcing, developing, or constructive feedback to team members
  • Evaluate when and how to use technology tools to deliver feedback that is timely, clear, and actionable for team members
