DESCRIPTION
This course is designed for current and aspiring supervisors, managers and leaders seeking to enhance their leadership skills through effective supervision styles and productive feedback techniques. Participants will explore various supervision styles and learn how and when to flex those style using the Blanchard Situational Leadership model. The course will also dive into a four-step feedback model that participants can use to keep feedback sessions issue oriented and learning the benefits of “feed forward”.

- Apply daily supervision techniques for effectiveness
- Describe basic styles or approaches a supervisor uses and when those styles may be most effective
