Casey McGuire

Instructor, Professional Development

Casey McGuire has been a program instructor and facilitator with 20-20 Services since 2026. Casey is also a Talent Development Manager for Aprio Alliance and an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC). She supports talent development initiatives by partnering with leaders and member firms to strengthen capability building, enhance learning experiences, and align development efforts with evolving business needs.

Prior to joining Aprio Alliance, Casey worked at RSM US LLP as an e‑Learning Developer, Senior Instructional Designer, Innovation Community Lead, and Digital Program Manager. Before entering the professional services industry, she taught seventh-grade civics, economics, and geography in Minnesota for five years.

With a career spanning public education, professional services, and entrepreneurship, Casey brings a forward‑looking approach to leadership growth. Her work blends coaching, facilitation, technology integration, and program leadership to help teams navigate complexity, embrace innovation, and collaborate effectively in an increasingly interconnected, tech‑driven world. She is passionate about creating learning environments that elevate human connection, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

Casey earned her bachelor’s degree in history and social studies education from Colorado State University in 2013 and her Master of Science degree in information media and technology integration from St. Cloud State University in 2018. She also currently serves as President‑Elect for the ICF Minnesota Chapter Board of Directors.

In her spare time, you can find Casey singing along to live music at any concert she can get tickets to, exploring the great outdoors of northern Minnesota, or enjoying lakeside living with her husband, two daughters, and their four beloved pets.
