DESCRIPTION
This module reinforces the value of communication, opening with an engaging activity to demonstrate what happens when teams make assumptions or have misunderstandings. The instructor uses research from Google’s Project Aristotle, as well as techniques from the Adair Model, to share practical tips for building open communication within the audit engagement team and across other teams encountered during the completion of an audit. The module ends with an individual activity and a group discussion to create a communication charter summarizing key takeaways and future goals from the content covered.
